Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stars Analyst to oversee
best-in-class activities and Stars performance for Medicare
Advantage plans.
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end Stars strategy and execution for assigned
clients
Collaborate with health plan leaders to improve Star ratings and
address low-performing measures
Monitor data trends and implement strategies to close gaps and
improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of healthcare experience, including at least two
years in Stars, CMS, NCQA, or HEDIS
Understanding of Stars measures and their financial impact
Experience in closing member quality gaps and provider outreach
strategies
Knowledge of regulatory quality-based reporting and audit
requirements
Strong project management skills
