Job Description:

PROJECT MANAGER 3

$40/hr

Contract until August 2015

Located downtown Minneapolis

This position will focus on the project management and facilitation of the change management process. The position requires a self starter who can be effective in a fast paced/dynamic environment and has the ability to build strong working relationships through verbal and written communications. Flexibility and organization skills will be necessary to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Some of the duties may include but are not limited to:

? Meet with policy owners on a regular basis to plan agenda topics, provide status/updates, discuss issues

? Create a plan for addressing all changes assigned to project team

? Create and distribute agendas and meeting minutes

? Plan and facilitate project team meetings and ensure required artifacts are completed in a timely fashion

? Submit agenda topics / status to work group

? Utilize and update Share Point site with relevant data

Minimum Qualifications:

? Experience with Share Point, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word

? 1-2 years mortgage or related experience

? Excellent analytical skills

? Excellent organization skills

? Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to facilitate meetings to review change requests with an organizationally and functionally diverse group of participants

? 5+ years project Management

Preferred:

- Experience with Mortgage credit policies
