Corporate Recruiter

8+ month with opportunity to a permanent role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join a dynamic and very well known medical company in SW suburbs

This position will be IT based and requires experience sourcing within the technical community (engineers, business analysts, project managers, developers). Strong sense of urgency and self-motivated will be keys to success in this organization.

They will be responsible for sourcing their own candidates utilizing online resources and networking. Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels and drive the quality of the hires.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Create and maintain a network of quality candidates

? Pre-screen applicants over phone

? Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position; provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants

? Schedule interviews with clients for qualified applicants ? Utilize Internet recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates for the office in general and for specific projects

? Maintain monthly standards

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

? At least 1 year of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 6 months of IT recruiting
