Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Care Team Member to
provide remote support to healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and provide marketing materials related to
Medicare plans
Utilize available tools for single call resolution and maintain
customer satisfaction
Input caller and enrollment information accurately into multiple
systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must hold a valid and active health insurance license
Thorough understanding of healthcare plans and their benefits
1 year or more of inbound call center experience preferred
Prior medical or health insurance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
