Job Description for Seafood Associate Team LeaderAt Whole Foods Market, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Seafood Associate Team Leader to join our team. This is a vital role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist with analysis of sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Support the Team Leader in the development and implementation of annual sales and expense projections and budget plans.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns and issues, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Function as a point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Requirements:

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Working Conditions:
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, with frequent bending, twisting, and squatting.
    • Exposure to temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit and wet and cold environments.
