Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Clinician (Clinical
Supervisor) to supervise Junior Clinicians and provide therapy
services.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a pod of up to 5 Junior Clinicians and manage related
administrative tasks
Maintain knowledge of state supervision requirements and ensure
compliance
Participate in peer supervision with other Principal Clinicians for
professional growth
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Master's program
Independently licensed (LCSW or LMHC) in New York
Eligible to supervise in the state of New York
3-5 years of experience in private practice or agency leadership
settings
Access to reliable computer and internet connection for remote
work
