Job Description:
A company is looking for an ICR Information Request Specialist
to provide high-level service in managing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Update patient accounts with information from hospitals and follow
up with Contact Specialists
Access client systems to obtain necessary information and monitor
requests to ensure timely resolution
Assist IT in resolving access issues and perform special projects
as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop proficiency in
internal applications
Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple
software programs simultaneously
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
