Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Associate to
optimize value for a portfolio of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the platform expert and provide user-level support
Collect customer feedback and communicate product recommendations
to development teams
Navigate and influence stakeholders to achieve renewal and
expansion targets
Required Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS customer
success/account management
Experience providing product support at the user level
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment
Knowledge of publicly available information and social media
analysis in enterprise organizations is a plus
High level of accountability with the ability to execute on
competing projects and deadlines
