Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computational Biology - Principal
Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clinical biomarker analysis plans to support evidence
generation and precision medicine
Design and execute workflows for biomarker data analysis across
various omics modalities
Lead the analysis and interpretation of clinical biomarker data
from multiple assay platforms
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) with relevant post-doc
experience and 2 years of scientific research experience, or a
Master's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree
with 7 years of experience
Proven expertise in analyzing multi-modal and large-scale
biological data
Hands-on experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and
AI applied to clinical biomarker data
Experience with analysis of spatial omics datasets
Strong understanding of platforms used in clinical biomarker
research, including flow cytometry and next-generation
sequencing
