Job Description:
The Learning Partner is responsible for the definition,
construction, and ongoing execution of assigned job family learning
programs, which are focused on the onboarding and continuing
education of Infinite Campus staff.Job Responsibilities
- Identify learning and leadership risks and impacts and
communicate them clearly and succinctly.
- Proactively identify new methods of delivery and usage of
technology to provide learning solutions and support alignment of
learning and business priorities.
- Align content to the Learning Strategy to ensure that
compliance is embedded within the organizational culture of our
business.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders,
ensuring their confidence that their business needs/objectives are
being met/exceeded.
- Carry out learning needs analysis to ensure each department
will have the required capabilities to support the business in
achieving its objectives.
- Facilitate learning programs, as needed, for internal
courses.
- Identify and develop talent within the business.
- Liaise with and support stakeholders to develop and implement a
comprehensive onboarding process for defined operational
areas.
- Manage and measure work - understand objectives and monitor
processes, progress, and results.
- Oversee life cycle management of learning programs.
- Oversee needs analysis and strategic learning assessments to
create the basis for learning solution development to develop clear
instructional, learning, and performance objectives for the target
audience.
- Serve as liaison between vendor and line function SME.
- Undertake topic learning needs analysis as a basis to design
and deliver learning solutions, campaigns, and programs.
- Work with functional leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject
matter experts to conduct job analysis, create and maintain job
skill matrices, and success profiles.Desired Background
- BA/BS Degree and five years of business experience OR eight
years of business experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Documented track record showing solid leadership and
facilitation from project inception to project
completion.Performance Expectations
