Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Health Coach Manager to
lead a team of health coaches providing care to Spanish-speaking
members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse team of health coaches and ensure high-quality
delivery of treatment
Enhance accessibility to treatment for Spanish-speaking members
through effective communication
Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback to
coaches
Required Qualifications
3+ years of people management experience
Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience in a digital health organization or customer service
support role (preferred)
Prior experience in coaching or counseling in a clinical or
behavioral setting (preferred)
Strong organizational skills
