  • 7 week contract
  • ER Tech position
  • Days/Evenings Shifts (7a-7p and 11a-11p)
  • Patient visits per day: 90-130
  • Minimum 1 year experience required
  • First-timers accepted: Yes
  • Weekend requirements: Will work up to every other weekend as needed
  • No on-call requirement
  • Float within scope to meet facility needs: Will be floated to med/surg or SCU unit as needed
  • Open to accommodating block schedule: No
  • Local candidates accepted: Yes
  • Pending License accepted: Yes
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time
    • Job Requirements
    • High School or GED required
    • Associate's or Vocational degree one to two years post-secondary education in a health related field preferred
    • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - required within 30 Days
    • Licensed Emergency Medical Tech - EMT - required if working in MN or WI
    • Medical Terminology preferred

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Patient Care Tech-a minimum of 1 year of ED experience
        • Acute Care, Urgent Care, Trauma Level 3, and Teaching experience required
        • Urgent Care, Trauma Level 1, Trauma Level 2, and Children's Hospital experience preferred
        • General Skills Experience Required: Vital signs, 12 lead EKG, AED/Defibrillator, Splinting, Wound Care, Crutch Training
