This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Customize your own work schedule. PT benefit eligible and FT benefit eligible hours are available.ORMonday OFF (or desired hours as needed)Tuesday 1:30pm-8:15pmWednesday 6:30am-2:15pmThursday 6:30am-2:15pmFriday 6:30am-2:15pmSaturday 7:00am-2:45pm (approx. 7/year)Company Information: We love our communities!
