Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual School Social Worker in the
Michigan School District.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized support plans for students
Provide counseling and crisis intervention to support students'
social and emotional well-being
Monitor and document students' progress, behaviors, and
achievements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master's
degree preferred)
Valid Michigan state licensure in social work
Previous experience working with children and families in
educational or social service settings
Familiarity with social and emotional challenges and
trauma-informed practices
