This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Mondays 6:30 - 2:15Tuesdays 6:30 - 2:15Wednesdays 1:30 - 8:15Thursdays 1:30 - 8:15Fridays 6:30 - 2:15

10 pre planned Fridays per year 6:30 - 4:15 with lunch 12:00pm - 1:00pm8 Saturdays per year 7:00 - 2:45Company Information: We love our communities!
